More exciting ICBA events planned for 2016!

We had another successful annual conference this year.  Connie Haney from Willis Towers Watson was our morning keynote speaker and Chris Redgrave from Zions Bank was our afternoon keynote speaker. We had six excellent, informative breakout sessions as well. We have more exciting events planned for this year; two additional WorldatWork certification courses, an advanced Excel course, a breakfast meeting on September 14th and a luncheon on November. For those who are unfamiliar with us or are new to our site, the Intermountain Compensation and Benefits Association (ICBA) is an organization of human resource professionals practicing in the field of compensation and benefits.  Our association was created over 20 years ago by local compensation and benefits professionals throughout the Wasatch Front to ensure that they received the best professional development and educational opportunities locally as well as networking opportunities to share ideas and solutions to common problems. One of the primary purposes of ICBA is to provide an avenue for ongoing education and a forum for continual learning.   Intermountain Compensation and Benefits Association is a tremendous resource for learning, networking and sharing best practices for Human Resources professionals.
